As I'm watching the news, a rush of excitement comes in... On friday, Dow Jones is closing at around 8400. This is bad bad news for all of us. Dow Jones (indeks Saham u/ New York Stock Exchange) awalnya ada di angka 10.000an. Jd turun sudah 20%.

According to CNBC, this is the lowest week in Dow's history. Dow is 40% lower than it's peak last year. Sounds pretty bad to me.

Artinya apa u/ kita orang Indonesia?
Biasanya kalau Dow Jones turun, IHSG lebih jeblok lagi. Itulah kenapa Bursa Saham Rusia, Islandia, Rumania dan Indonesia ditutup pada hari Jumat untuk menghindari penurunan yang terlalu tajam. Karena Dow Jones turun lagi hari Jumat, kemungkinan besar hari Senin akan gonjang ganjing lagi.

Dita Daradjatun is my old friend from campus. Don calls us The Curtin Finance Geeks. Dulu rumah kami bertetangga di South Perth, sekali2 gw suka dijemput oleh Dita buat ngerjain assignment yg segambreng dari Curtin Business School itu.

Gw jengkel sekali karena saham perusahaan2 terbaik negeri ini dijual murah. Apalagi ini gara2 salah satu investment banker jawara bikin statement : jauhi Indonesia.

Last night we went out for dinner with our bestfriend Rene and another dear friend Yasmina. Don wanted to pick up his Kanye West concert ticket in Senayan City, so off we went…

We have been very busy. Family holiday, the new academic year, plan to move our office, my brother's wedding, Don's brother's wedding. Also, we got some very interesting order to post articles for our corporate and media clients. All the hard work finally pays off heheheh...

Barrack Obama is giving his speech as he wins majority of ‘pledged’ democrat delegates. (What does it actually mean? I don’t know).

Gue pertama sadar akan 100 tahun kebangkitan bangsa tahun lalu, pas lihat iklan Visit Indonesia 2008. Don’t actually understand why all these prospective tourists from overseas need to know about 100 years of our nation awakening. It’s fabulous for us, but not for foreigners.
